I have used ICS on a number of occasions and I can honestly say he provides a great service with a detailed inventory for a very reasonable price. Being a landlord, it is important to get an Independent Inventory carried out when the tenants move in and out, that way there is no conflict of interest and takes the pressure off me as a landlord. Highly recommended.

I have used ICS Southeast for compiling the inventories for my rental properties, and for performing the checking-in and checking-out procedures for my tenants. I have found them to be professional and thorough, to be available at short notice, and to produce very high quality inventories. The value for money, in terms of having a professional third party carry out this often tricky part of a rental agreement, is exceptional.

ICS provided photo images of electricity meter readings in respect of a meter that is inaccessible for normal readings to be taken. The company responded promptly to a series of back-up questions although this was outside the contract that it had with my Letting Agent.
